impossible to contact anyone from this company. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and shop elsewhere. Several years ago I bought an expensive men's Rado, arrived with 6 in bracelet, too small,they did not have a longer one..It took more then 8 wks for refund.I decided to give them another chance and I ordered Yorg Gray this time.The watch arrived, very pretty but dead,DEAD as a door nail.Attempted to contact The Watchery but, they don't answer the phone, or web, no live chat or e mail.
So I will replace battery and hope, it will work.Iwill never, ever order from them again.I do not recommend them to anyone, regardless of the price.

I bought a new invicta watch from The Watchery. Model 1957 ($209).
Arrived with scratches, missing tag and loose wrappings. Factory new watches are sealed in plastic and have invicta tag. This was obviously a used or returned watch which they sold as new. I sent email to the company and got no response.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR MERCHANDISE. I purchased online and used a $20 coupon they had emailed me. the savings was not worth it.
Could have gotten same deal at other sites. Also Invicta Company site offers specials every weekend.
