Placed an order on Feb 10, 2022. Have not received an email regarding shipping.
Received an order number and when it was to be delivered which was to be on Monday Feb 14, 2022. I have not received the order,.
Emailed customer service but got no response. I will try calling the company again to check on my order to see what is going on.

This company is not serious and they don't have customer service. They don't reply back and the phone number is wrong.

The store in New York doesn’t answer phone calls!
This issue was Not resolved I want a refund immediately.
I have purchased a watch from this company and it was paid through PayPal,
Im still waiting have not received an email or any sign that the Watch was send out.
Im lucky it was a $169,00 watch, I would be freaked out if I had a $1,000 Watch purchase and no answer.
This company is not the I would even look for a Watch.
I will get my friend involved he is a Lawyer.

Do not order from this company. Received a watch that did not work.
impossible to contact anyone from this company. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and shop elsewhere. Several years ago I bought an expensive men's Rado, arrived with 6 in bracelet, too small,they did not have a longer one..It took more then 8 wks for refund.I decided to give them another chance and I ordered Yorg Gray this time.The watch arrived, very pretty but dead,DEAD as a door nail.Attempted to contact The Watchery but, they don't answer the phone, or web, no live chat or e mail.
So I will replace battery and hope, it will work.Iwill never, ever order from them again.I do not recommend them to anyone, regardless of the price.

New watch not new
I bought a new invicta watch from The Watchery. Model 1957 ($209).
Arrived with scratches, missing tag and loose wrappings. Factory new watches are sealed in plastic and have invicta tag. This was obviously a used or returned watch which they sold as new. I sent email to the company and got no response.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR MERCHANDISE. I purchased online and used a $20 coupon they had emailed me. the savings was not worth it.
Could have gotten same deal at other sites. Also Invicta Company site offers specials every weekend.
