Don't waste your money with WASTE AUTHORITY

I've been using the waste co for a year and a half exactly. During that time only about 10 of those weeks they have been on time. I usually put my trash out on Mondays and pick ups on Tuesday. O usually wait until Wednesday or Thursday. Recently it was changed to Wednesday pick ups. I've had to call 4 times to get it picked up as well as recycling. If they answer or if they call back. I have to remind them and it's normally picked up 2 days later. Also I paid in full for the year. Now I have to fight for my money back. And I only want what I haven't used. $165

User's recommendation: Any other local waste co works better. Or at least worth your money.
