Did NOT work, created a hard bulging pouch below my belly button !!

AI Highlights
  • - Procedure failed; now a bulging pouch below the belly button.
  • - It works for some people; others are disfigured.

I did this about a year an a half ago. It did not work and now I have a bulging pouch below my belly button which makes pants awkward to wear without having your shirt hanging out to hide the BULGE !!

Tried to get this handled with the company, the Doctor who did the process but all are giving me the run around, also with their insurance company. The Doctor told me their was a problem with it after the process.

It works with some people and others it leaves you " Disfigured." !!!!

Can anyone help??????????????????

Look out...

AI Highlights
  • - Upper thighs developed masses after Coolsculpting.
  • - Abdomen looks worse after the treatments.
  • - Surgeon says liposuction or reconstruction may be needed.

After having Coolsculpting treatments, my upper thighs have large breast like masses on them. My abdomen has an ugly look too since having Coolscupting treatments.

Now, 6 months after the treatments, a plastic surgeon has said either liposuction or reconstructive surgery will be the only way to get back to my original appearance! He will know which recommendation to make after some testing is done.

What a waste of $4000.00 for the Coolsculpting treatments, and now I will have a new bigger expense to have corrections made to both areas. I'm not sure how I will afford the needed corrective procedures.

Cool Sculpting is a scam

AI Highlights
  • - It was a high-pressure sales pitch.
  • - Told to stop exercising; no results, weight gain.
  • - No refunds; no effect documented; money wasted.

What more can I say....I went in for a consultation that turned out to be a high pressure sales pitch along with promises that this procedure is so amazing and designed specifically for people like myself (a few extra pounds). I was already dieting and exercising on my own before having this procedure done and I was told to stop that it would mess up the process.

I was promised results within a few weeks, but every

time I came back for measurements I was continuing to gain weight.

At this point the whole thing fell apart it got to the point where they dreaded me coming back but I did comeback for every follow up. So finally after 120 days of which ever time during this period when they would see that I was gaining not loosing they would extend the result period....oh it takes 6 weeks.....oh it takes 60 days.....oh it takes 90 days....and then finally.....i gave up realizing that I had just wasted my time and money and also gained even more weight due to the instructions to stop exercising.....If you have money to waste then go ahead and get this procedure.....Oh and this procedure is non-refundable even when they themselves document that cool sculpting had absolutely no effect on you what so ever.....Stay away from the wall center in shreveport

I fell for a supposedly half off price on cool sculpting at Sun Valley Skin Care in Boise, Idaho. They did 16 so called treatments on my stomach and back.

At the 6 month mark I had not lost a pount or an inch. Then I got the flue and had a bad tooth and lost weight on my own. I went back for a 6 month checkback though it was really 8 months and told them it had not worked. I got nothing, not even a sorry, no offer for products for skin, nothing.

Cost of this total failure-$8000.

Do not be seduced. Cool-sculpting does not work.

I had a cool sculpting procedure done on my stomach, both arms and back of my bra area....in Marina del Rey, CA.. I wasn't pleased with the results and went back for another visit...

The problem here is you sign your life away prior to a procedure so that the doctor is protected. You guys, it has been two years now...and I have lost all feelings and sensation of both my hands.. It has been a nightmare... It seriously damaged my nerves in both arms...

and I'm devastated.. I had surgery 6 months ago at Cedars Sinai with Dr. Stuart Kushner which has not given me any relief whatsoever... Anyone who is reading this....

PLEASE DON'T EVER DO THIS...

IT IS ALL ***...It does absolutely nothing and is extremely painful of a procedure... I only wish I could turn back time and not have done this and still have both my hands...

Guest

I thought the procedure was amazing. You still need to watch what you eat and exercise.

CoolSculpting is not a magic weight loss fix.

What it is intended to do is "sculpt" areas that aren't responding to exercise, which it did completely for me. Read my unbiased and more importantly, unpaid review on it right here: http://beyouonlybetter.com/?p=7544

I had the cool sculpting done December 2012 & I gain more weight than I have ever had in my entire life!! It was a waste of time & money!

The Doctor compared my before & after pictures & he admitted that my back & sides was hard & bigger than what it was before the cool sculpting procedure!! I started having problems with my body every since!!

same with me! I'm in Hattiesburg, MS and want to get a lawyer invovled

I had cool sculpting done in Park CIty, UT. No results - have not gained weight but the area they worked on actually looks larger than before!

Was of time, lots of pain. Don't do ti!

Guest

I know thus blot is somewhat old but I'm going to put my opinion here. Did cool sculpting 2x on love handles and lower abdomen.

I'm close to 4 months out and have zero results. In fact I have gained weight even though I work out and eat fairly reasonable. I'm very upset as I spent close to 4k :( for people thinking about this procedure save your money. I thought I could trust my plastic surgeon as he is a double board certified but this whole procedure was one big lie.

Additionally it was not painless as they stated it would be. My lower abdomen felt like I was being stabbed over and over again for two weeks.

It was so had I couldn't even bear to wear pants. Again TOTAL SCAM

6'7" 230lbs age 48. Had it done in November 2012 and not only is there no positive difference it seems worse.

The area is more condensed and feels firmer. My concern it that the procedure made a change that will now be bad for me down the road. And I don't mean just visually.

If the process is legit why would it fail for some and does the reason for that failure mean longer term issues? The company that did it has refunded my $.

How did you get them to refund you ?? I trying to do the same because I got no results But they are fighting me teeth and nail to not give me my money back.

I have never heard that anyone is supposed to stop exercising after coolsculpting. I have had my love handles done, upper belly, lower belly twice.

Lost inches every time as measured by a measuring tape and how my clothes fit. It is dependent on who is doing the procedure---and that you get a good "suck".

Guest

Had coolsculpting done at Wilmington Plastic Surgery. After 5 months there was absolutely no change.

I am pretty much a vegetarian and exercise regularly 4-5 days/week.Just wanted to get a few more inches off.Once you turn 50 it gets harder; at least it seems that way for me.

Personally feel it's a total waste of money. I'll stick to my healthy diet and keep exercising

Guest

Gosh, you are an ***. Coolsculpting caused you to gain weight?

Wow, you are delusional. Coolsculpting is meant to reduce small pockets of fat in people that are already their ideal weight. In no way would it ever cause you to gain weight, and the only way to tell if it did any good is for you to stay the same weight (since it only claims to cause a 20% reduction in fat cells in those small pocket area - e.g. love handles, tummy, bra rolls).

If you are gaining weight, its obviously because you are stuffing Krispy Kreme's down your pie hole, and you are looking for anything to blame but yourself.

I'm looking for real risks associated with this procedure and so far my search has only found two fat-***'s complaining about how they are still fat after the procedure. This procedure is not for fatties, so go for a run and think about that.

I weigh only 130lbs & had the procedure done multiple times because I worked for an office & we were able to get it done @ no charge. My stomach is now way bigger than before the treatment. So stop being a bully if you don't understand why someone is saying something, it doesn't give you reason to be an ***

Poorly stated, but there is some disgraceful, insensitive truth here. It's never cool to make fun of someone's weight—a personal health aspect.

You sound like a pompous sociopath that, yes, has pointed-out the direct correlation food choices have to your body. Hormonal and aging issues aside, let's all listen to the moral of this mean person's comment: your choices make an impact and you're worth all the care and effort to feel well and happy.

Great speech , you are so right. It's not meant for weightloss it's meant to contour areas that have stubborn fat ..

It works snaking and it take 9" days to see your results people need to read about it before they have it done.. Great speech..

Wow - be a little more judgmental. Nice attitude picking on people who've obviously been scammed. Probably by people like you.

Guest

Realist is right lol. This person obviously relied too heavily on the cool sculpting and forgot the diet and exercise and therefore caused their own weight gain.

I don't doubt that cool sculpting is also a scam however. Bottom line is you can't stop dieting and exercising and not expect to gain weight and most any get thin quick program is an obvious scam. You didn't gain weight over night and you're not going to lose it over night either.

Especially not by sitting on your *** and icing your fat. Chicks woulda been giving themselves frost *** long ago hahahaha

Guest

I had coolsculpting done in Singapore. After six weeks, I have found absolutely no improvement.

I am a regular jogger and just wanted to trim the stomach a bit. Waste of money!

Guest

Realist, not everyone does their homework before getting a procedure done. This is no different than having a tummy tuck or liposuction or even gastric bypass.

If you have those things done and Go back to non healthy living, you will just enhance your other fat cells. This procedure only gets rid of 20-25% at best. You have other fat cells that are still there and will swell up I the place of the absent ones. I Know lots of fat lazy chicks where i work that have had Lap band and they lose enough to almost be considered chubby, but all the while they are scarfing down donuts every morning and cheese Dip and chips and a huge lunch and pretty soon BAM!

Fatter than they were to begin with. The bloggers name is yehaww, chances are good this is not the first company this person has bashed.

just saying.... ;)
