Two cases once against DSS in North Carolina Charlotte and the second one is against the LIFE INSURANCE company who said I was going to get my premiums back for the year and a half rather than pay My son’s funeral. My son had just turned 17 years old.

He was 14 when I got the policy 15 excuse me he had no intentions of committing suicide and nor did we ever think he was going to commit suicide and the company is America and LIFE INSURANCE. I do not have the way longer, but a friend of mine said that who is a legal person that they should’ve paid because we did not get the policy with intentions of him, committing suicide for us to collect the funds And that it is like that with a child they’re supposed to pay so I would like to get the life insurance company to pay because we had to pay out-of-pocket for our son’s funeral and burial plots, etc. thank you very much. I hope you can help us on that matter.

Now the DSS is my grandson he was taken into custody when he was four years old and the worker told me when he turns 18 or thereafter that we need to get an attorney because everything was not done as it should’ve been and he was taken when he should not have been taken It was just a whole screwed up case, but I hope you can help him because he suffered a lot of traumatic instances and their custody, and he has PTSD and a lot of issues from all of that abuse that he did suffer in the hands of foster parents.
