Frequent missing newspapers

Was no help at all. Much like this website. I regularly have missing newspapers. I call and complain yet the delivery problem still persist. The management of the Virginian Pilot is useless. If there were another newspaper option I would drop the Piolt like a bad habit. No doubt I will cancel in the near future as I have done several times.

No paper delivery sence i started service.3 weeks

Called several times around a dozen same answer we will look into it. Suppose to be elevated no response back. Very poor service. They really don't care about their customers.
