I ordered from this company two weeks ago and still have not received my purchase. When I checked out all items were shown in stock and available.. I was sent an email almost a week later telling me some of my order was back ordered. Rather than shipping what was in stock immediately and apologizing/ crediting me for their screw up I was asked if I wanted the in stock item shipped that week later. Duh, are you kidding me. . You should have sent it immideatley! Another week has passed and the supposed in stock item is still not here. Supposed first class USPS.. yeah almost. Long story longer my business will be going elsewhere in the future. These folks need to learn how business is done because clearly they don't get it.

I finally received an email back from them and they are sending me a brand new one which I'm very happy about. I still don't understand y they took so long or were possibly gonna not do anything for me. At the end of the day they are doing the right thing and if I'm being honest I loved there product it's probably the best on the market I still question the reliability of it so this next one will tell if it was just a fluke.

I bought there product that offers a 90 day manufacturers warranty. After 40 days the vaporizer wont take a charge. Have tried to contact several times with no response. They have no phone number or address and had to buy a new vape even though the one i just bought was under warranty. There screwing me out of my warranty do not buy from this company or there products.
