User's recommendation: please don’t buy anything from them. They don’t have a phone number and I’ve contacted them by email. You can get to the president of the United States easier than calling these clowns and ask them politely it was supposed to be Christmas and it’s false advertising they showed symptoms were like a ballpoint pen and they just stuck someone and it shocked him and knocked him down and they sent me cigarette lighters electric cigarette lighters so save your money you better off going to brick and mortar store where you can see what you’re buying because there’s too many scammers on the Internet. All they do is take you down , so far I’ve lost over $11,000 and I’m tired of it

I didn't order four of them to begin with, and I got them online and it showed knocking people down not cigarette lighters or lighting a candle. I just want my money

I believe USB lighter company believes that they more important than the CIA. They dont have a phone number where you can talk to customer service I didnt order for and I thought they were stun guns.

Thats how they advertised it. They didnt advertised it as a lighter I just want my money back I have them ready to go, I just need an address and a label to send them back.

Im tired of all the faults advertising on the Internet. Im sick and tired of it Jody Tomas.

User's recommendation: I would tell everyone don’t buy their product there’s no phone number where you can talk to customer service. They said they were going to email me in 24 hours. It’s been past 24 hours. I haven’t heard from him they’re just a joke.

Received products during Christmas that did not work and can't get reply

I placed several orders during Christmas holidays and when they were received a couple did not work.....tried to reach out to customer service in several different ways and was never answered back. I was trying to get a replacement and so far no answer back from them. GMA offered these on their website and disappointed they would support them at all with the way they handle their business.

Mach I ordered 2 (The USB Lighter Company) one for my son and the other one for me. I give my son hid lighter for his birthday it was the blue one, and it's work fine.

the one I got for myself was the black one went to use it for the first time April 9, 2020 it did not work. Well since I waited so long to use my lighter I thought it needed to be charged.

when I went to charge it I did not get a green light, thought my charger was broke so I asked my son to put it on his charger, again no green light. Lighter does not work.
