Why is my power going out every month when I pay you on time to keep my lights on. This is ridiculous that every month I have to go through this I bet the suburbs dont have this problem. I have to work a 16 hour shift and when Im supposed to get off at 2:00 am I get a message from my alarm company of an outage at 1:36 am.
User's recommendation: Either fix the problem or refer us to a new company.
Let the company propose a solution
I received 2 different bills for the same address
I received 2 different bills for 61 Seabright Ave and complained but did not receive a response.
Contacting UI almost impossible by phone
Have called several times and am always told to call back. Have a simple request. A few months ago I requested a change of address for billing. UI did the exact Opposite of what I had requested. NEED to talk to someone to hopefully get it corrected. Very Frustrating!!! :
