Business closed never received item or refund. Contacted BBB in Texas but I guess there is no recourse.

Checked my bank account and this company took two transactions of $99.00 each that's $200.00 dollars only 30 minutes apart , don't know the company never bought anything from them would love there number I work to hard for my money and 200 is a lot of money .

Never received any communication or item. Right now July25 2023 trying to find out when order will be sent. Order made on June30 2023.
I think there kids pjs are creative and fun but need to revise their customer service.
And do not charge until item sent.
