Please check if there is an old account! Contact me via email or call my cell! Also, I have been a subscriber for decades, and my account was tied to a Discover Card that was hacked and was updated!

Accepted a $1.00-3 month offer for Northwest Indiana Times News e-subscription. I canceled the e-subscription before the 3 months.
I have been charged $19.99 on my credit card. I cannot get ahold of customer service due to technical problems.
By the time I get to Customer Service, I will have been charged another month or two because of the arrival of my credit card bill after the fact of the charge. This is frustrating!
