AI Highlights
  • - Change card to reopen delivery; e-paper included; $65 per month.
  • - There may be an old balance.
  • - Email or call.

Credit card debt needs to change card to reopen delivery and e-paper, and I see the cost for both is $65.00 per month! I posted a new card online, but I may have a previous balance!

Please check if there is an old account! Contact me via email or call my cell! Also, I have been a subscriber for decades, and my account was tied to a Discover Card that was hacked and was updated!

If I owe, I will pay! Please contact!

Preferred solution: Check to see if I have 2 accounts! May have a balance on original account! Send bill!

Poor customer service. Shady e-sibscription advertising

AI Highlights
  • - $1.00 3-month e-subscription offer; canceled early.
  • - Charged $19.99; contact issues with support.
  • - There may be extra charges.

Accepted a $1.00-3 month offer for Northwest Indiana Times News e-subscription. I canceled the e-subscription before the 3 months.

I have been charged $19.99 on my credit card. I cannot get ahold of customer service due to technical problems.

By the time I get to Customer Service, I will have been charged another month or two because of the arrival of my credit card bill after the fact of the charge. This is frustrating!

Loss:
$20

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: Do not accept the Northwest Indiana Times 3 month trial e-subscription. It will automatically turn into a 19.99 chrage with no heads up.
