My credit card company reversed the charges but now are claiming the charges are valid. They need photos with proof.

No contact from management and it's been over 2 weeks

The bed had blood on it. The WiFi was out.

Sand was on the floor. The kids kept screaming near the pool. The customer service representative kept saying the manager would call and never did.

Plus management was talking about somebody staying at the hotel with Covid. Very unprofessional and not okay!

Went to the beach just for one night When we got ready to get into the bed there was blood all over or my side of the bed When I told the hotel lobby they had their maid come and take a photo of it! I went downstairs in the lobby to talk to customer service and the manager was talking about somebody having covid that was staying there Not OK!

User's recommendation: Take blankets off bed and check for bugs. Make sure sheets and bed are clean!
