Have someone to talk to 24/7. Contact and having someone to talk to is a much more better service than sending a message and waiting with no reply

Ticket got cancelled without my knowledge and no refund

My tickets got cancelled and i wasn't informed about it. i only found out about it the day before the event as i wasn't informed about anything and i wanted to check myself what was going on.

I gave all my personal details and expect an email or call from the company but was not informed. I was also not given a refund for the tickets, that the company had cancelled. This is unacceptable customer service. I've sent an email to the customer service email but I need to write more as I've never experienced this kind of customer service before.

I read the reviews about the company expecting it to be reliable and safe, however after this i can't help but note that the company has issues that need to be resolved. How can the company cancel my order without informing me or refunding me.
