Overcharged
My husband and I were there July 2,2022 - July 8,2022 when we first checked in we were overcharged by $200 and the guy Jeremy wasn't sure what happened so we had to wait for an explanation the next day. Ok fine he messed up however we were over charged by $700 more today.
I called to find out why and the lady who answered the phone couldn't help because I remember my exact reservation number!
So needless to say I'm pissed!! I need a resolution.
