Her response to our disappointment? Well, what you might be experiencing is you are not used to our tea? Without my even asking for a refund or exchange, she informed me that we do not offer refunds on opened teas. We have samples for sale...".We have enjoyed many teas oer (30) years.
However, this is truly nothing but quite misleading/deceptive at best! Twigs, some crunchy "tea" leaves & a few tiny "pearls", With only a scant aroma of jasmine. Really??? Enjoy our money folks!
This was our first time ordering from The Tea Spot. It will DEFINATELY be our last!!!
