The Surf Station Customer Care Review

The customer service sucks. I am a 50 year old surfer who walked in looking to purchase a paddle board and young man sat at his computer never offering help.

I have been in the store on another occasion and got the same treatment. Now I just shop on line screw support your local business.

The surf station used fraugelent online shipping practice

i bought a surf board from the surf station was charged a penny for us shipping and one week later recived a call that they didn't charge me shipping when i told them that they did the manager shelly told me they would not honor the agreement and refunded my money. Is this a growing buisness practice to make more money on invoiced and payed buiness transactions.

I have owned and ran a small buisness for the last 12 years and if i did somthing like this i would not have one anymore!!!

mabey i should go into internet sales there are no laws to make a biusness do the right thing. In there defense they have a manager named mike who looked at the whole thing and told me he would hope they take care of there own mistake willingly but shelly the head manager disagreed!!!
