Still haven't heard anything back from studio. On the phone to Fraserburgh for almost 45mins to see if I can put the payment through. No joy

Trying to return an item,as it had already been opened,the first one never arrived,so had to reorder and they sent me this used item,when I got in touch (via) chat box ?and email,several times,I was trying to explain they never sent an invoice with goods so therefore no returns label,I asked them to send my invoice so I could return,I couldnt believe it they sent me another one,so now I have two items to return.
Now they have had the cheek to charge interest,this has been going on since 2nd November,
There is no customer service anymore,Ive been a customer for 16 years and have never had any problems

Resolved: I wish to return damaged item’s which is are in a large heavy box and required to be picked up at my address there are no invoices in boxes 1 is a dinner plate set. I also need to know what the cost
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Faulty goods were collected but not on the day stated by them. I have now paid o/s bill in full and asked for my account to be closed
