Absolutely disgusting problem still not solved been ongoing since November have spoken to them . Emails back and forth for weeks might as well talk to the wall. Have told them their service and customer care is absolutely terrible and then send me email saying hope Im happy with their service . Have sent order number and details numerous times .

Trying to return an item,as it had already been opened,the first one never arrived,so had to reorder and they sent me this used item,when I got in touch (via) chat box ?and email,several times,I was trying to explain they never sent an invoice with goods so therefore no returns label,I asked them to send my invoice so I could return,I couldnt believe it they sent me another one,so now I have two items to return.

Now they have had the cheek to charge interest,this has been going on since 2nd November,

There is no customer service anymore,Ive been a customer for 16 years and have never had any problems

I ordered two PINK dolls houses and I have received two green stripped green FLAT PACK houses . I would like to return these item as I do not want to spend Christmas Day building dolls houses . These products also have rough edges that could cut my grandchildren. I have lost all faith in Studio and will not be ordering from them again .

I have been a customer of studio for years since it has been taken over its a nightmare trying to talk to someone never had this problem before the customer service number is for frazer after holding on for an hour I found thisni out you can only go through chat which was a nightmare I just want to return an item but not happy paying for a return when they sent the wrong size this would not have been a problem before it was taken over. I have emailed so hopefully someone will get back to me. I can assure you I won't be using studio again
