I have stored at this location for 30 years. The office manager thought to speak to a customer condescending, and in fact the math does not add up.
In July, I made a cash payment and due to work restrictions let my unit go no more than a month lat, owing two months. As allowed per 2 months, then auction. The manager said I owed an amount that doesn't add up, woven if they did get me with my guard down. I was stressed and didn't want to hear from her the rest of the day.
I just received a notice to quit, not filed with courts. Threats of keeping my belongings after October 19 to move my belongings while I'm disabled. Plus, she gave my fiancé her own paperwork about units and people's names, a ledger. But I'm wrong when handing over ledgers of unit owners.
I know when I paid I know she had to unlock my unit, know it had to be after June 20th because my fiancé was with me just returned from out of town for 3 months. Don't trust anyone.
I am counter suing for distress and harassment, which makes me sad. I once had respect for this company.
