Customer Service did a great job of taking care of this issue. Before postal delivery, we tried to quit. Now we are glad we didn't. Thank you. :)

Non delivery of paid printed newspaper

I subscribed and paid for a year of printed delivery newspaper. It has been 3 months since I have had a newspaper delivered. I have made at least 30 calls to their ineffective, and non-caring customer service line and have been made promise after promise that this delivery issue would be resolved..it has not! In addition, I have tried to contact a live person, both by phone and in person, but this has proven to be a futile effort. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to which no response was given. I just want what I paid for and some truthful customer service.

Not receiving the newspaper for which i paid

I have called the customer service line so many times, I believe they know me personally. I get the same sweet talking lady who promises me that my issue (non-delivery) will be fixed, etc, etc. However, nothing has been done. I cannot get in touch with an intelligent person who can get my newspaper delivered to me. My neighbor has experienced the same issue.

No delivery AGAIN! Happens at least 1-2 x's weekly

Delivery is sporadic. Over the past few weeks, paper has not been delivered 1-2 days. I am aware that there is no longer a Saturday paper. Have you dropped another day in addition to Saturday? I would like my phone call returned regarding these concernsThank you!

Terrible customer service and ripping off elderly folk

After multiple attempts by the concerned party I was asked to try and handle the cancelation of an account. The customer service was rude. Tried to read from a script and keep the account. Then they only offered 25 off a recent bill or over 70 dollars. They also said there was no record of the previous cancelation calls.

Have tried to cancel an EZ Pay subscription for 3 weeks now and am getting nowhere. Called all available numbers listed and have either been told: Account is (NOT FOUND), (already has been canceled), (We need to escalate your issue) or literally hung up on. I have even communicated with my Visa CC folks and really not getting anywhere there either. Last time this happened I had to report Credit Card stolen to finally get this situation remedied.
