Misleading Sign-Up Page – No Refund
I signed up for TSN+ ($8/month) believing it included everything airing on TSNs channels. The sign-up page never clearly explained that the streaming service does NOT include all TSN content.
That information is buried in fine print.
Within hours (less than half a day) of signing up, I realized my mistake and asked for a refund.
TSN refused, blaming me for not reading the terms and conditions. No exceptions, no grace period, no customer care.
The whole experience feels deliberately misleading.
