This used to be Spas by Renee but now it's changed hands. It's now the Spa and Sauna Company.
Either way you can change the name but the service and spas are lousy.
Upon moving from Las Vegas to Pahrump I ordered a new spa for the house in Pahrump. The buyers of our home in Vegas wanted us to leave the current spa we had with the Vegas house.
The new spa arrived in February and was installed. Upon inspection it came with a messed up front panel of which they noted to fix. They ordered another panel from Hot Springs Spa Company.
That came in messed up. They brought a second order panel out and upon opening up that box the panel was worse than what was originally and still on the tub. We are now on order number 3 of a new front panel and it is now June. Still don't know when, if ever, that will come in.
They said it would get ordered when they got back to the store. I called the company a week ago and Mathew said he would get back to me. That never happened. I found out they never ordered the panel until May 17th.
Not in April as they stated. So apparently they are also great liars as well. I found this out when contacting Hot Springs directly.
Other water problems have cropped up with this spa. You turn on the jets and you get tons of foam all over the water.
With the help of a spa and pool company out here in Pahrump I've straightened out the water problem. On high jets the water still foams though. I also tossed the spa chemical tubes that are in the tub to keep the water at the right settings. They weren't working at all.
I have now told them to pick up this spa and give me a full refund or go to court.
I won't ever recommend a Hot Springs Spa or this dealership. Apparently, Hot Springs doesn't keep stock of any items for any of their spas in case of problems. When a problem comes up such as I'm having they make the customers wait forever because they have to manufacture a new item.
Sounds more like a greed problem with Hot Springs. Don't want to spend money for a warehouse and extra employees.
Best advice stay away from Hot Springs Spas and this dealership.
