- - Ordered coloured vinyl records but received black vinyl.
- - They refunded the price and asked me to return the records at my expense.
I ordered 2 Vinyl records. I paid for "Coloured Vinyl" issues.I received in error from them "Black" standard coloured vinyl.
I contacted them.The company refunded the purchase price. But asked me to sent the records received back to them.Postage was expensive.They refused to pay postage cost for their error.

No Response to a bogus shipping charge that on the 24th when the order was placed there was NO exclusions and conveniently now there is a notification! What a joke!! Also DO NOT live in CHICAGO!!

- - I was charged three extra taxes that do not apply to me.
