I stop from time 2 time for eats and drinks. The people who work there come and go.
Some are friendly others not. At this establishment, one particular so called employee as he claims 2 be is known by other establishments as clean up person who drinks 2 much and passes out in the street. Well when I went to the men's room after eating, apparently this bumb decided to help himself to the tip money I left for the bartender. He then leaves 2 go 2 a bar next door for his dip at my expense.

Ripped Off by Bartender

On a Monday night last year I patronized the Smiling Moose located on the Southside in Pittsburgh PA. Upon having several drinks there and cashing out I used my credit card as a method of payment.
Of course I didnt get the card back so I returned the next day in an attempt to get it back. The bartender was contacted by text and she stated nothing was left period. Well, I immediately contacted the card company to cancel it and there was several hundred Dollars of unauthorized charges made. Besides the card some of my effects were also missing.
From that point, I have never stepped foot in that establishment again. The one thing I can say is if anyone decides to go there and this occurs, immediatley contact 911.
