obnoxious uncaring people/ managers totally false statement we will work with you, shut down my 3000 dollar line when owed was like 400 due to covid deferment ran, late fees after requesting close account what is illegal so the 400 is now 1078 fraudulent fully intent of take legal action file complaint here https://www.consumerfinance.gov

Lies to you

Company lied to me about the interest on my account. When I asked for the hardship department because I was on disability they denied me to speak to them. Then I called back few weeks later and they just passed me from customer service rep to customer service rep. Finally I got to the hardship department which was useless. They sent me back to customer service.
