First time patient, I will NOT go back

They only want to upsell services to you and when you decline the dentist recommended dental plan, the hygienist will tell you she can't ethically clean your teeth

Absolutely horrendous customer service

Tried to make a payment twice, tried to overcharge me and I said no I will not pay that charge. Accused me of yelling at them which is imbecile not true, as if the rep was taking my payments personally. As if they hire their reps from a second rate middle School. Entirely embarrassing customer service.

Overcharging and padding the bill

If you live in the Denver area and have hmo insurance, do not trust any dentist office that is part of this franchise. They will change you more than the copay schedule allows and add on needless procedures. Then when you check with your insurance company the dental office with offer to give you a "credit" the overcharge. Englewood, Littleton and Centennial Colorado.

Poor customer service

I recommend never using smile generation and comenity bank for your financing of dental services I used them and then tried to pay it off and their online system stated I owed X $ and it auto selected the next day for payoff I just received a bill for addition $ stating my payment was late and also charging me additional $ as finance charges.

Unethical billing, rude and condescending treatment of the disabled, unprofessional and dysfunctional office operations, uncaring, insensitive and mean-spirited employees.

I was lied to, abused by office staff, put off by the doctor and treated rudely and disrespectfully while being expected to kiss up, pay a lot of money, and put up with scheduling problems and cancellations, billing problems and no accountability, and customer relations problems with utterly rude workers trying to implement a new and impersonal SYSTEM that lost all my information.

User's recommendation: Find a real local dentist and stay away from this insensitive corporation that says all the right things in their ads, then is incapable of delivering even the most basic human respect and dignity.

Shut down ability to see charges/ insensitive people/ late fees/ under covid

obnoxious uncaring people/ managers totally false statement we will work with you, shut down my 3000 dollar line when owed was like 400 due to covid deferment ran, late fees after requesting close account what is illegal so the 400 is now 1078 fraudulent fully intent of take legal action file complaint here https://www.consumerfinance.gov

Lies to you

Company lied to me about the interest on my account. When I asked for the hardship department because I was on disability they denied me to speak to them. Then I called back few weeks later and they just passed me from customer service rep to customer service rep. Finally I got to the hardship department which was useless. They sent me back to customer service.
