Poor service, poor product quality

My wife purchased our Smart Living Plus steam mop in February of 2024 from TheSmartLivingStore.com. She used it about a dozen times when in August of 2024 it stopped working, no longer producing steam. It was a replacement for our first Smart Living Plus steam mop that lasted almost ten years. She first wrote to the seller on August 31, 2024, to begin the process of warranty replacement or repair. After about a week she received no response, so she wrote again. Receiving no response once more, she wrote again a week later and finally got a response. The seller indicated the unit was out of stock but that when it came back in stock he would send me a replacement.

When she learned that the unit was again being sold online and listed as available, she wrote again requesting a replacement. As before, she received no response. She repeated emails several times without a response. In total, she sent 12 emails to this seller who continues to stonewall my warranty replacement.

The product's reliability, lasting only 6 months with minimal usage, is extremely poor. The seller's reliability and ethics are the worst imaginable, the worst we have experienced in more than 50 years.

I purchased their mop and steam jr from the smart living store. A part of the steam jr is broken and I have been trying to reach them since purchase.

They do not respond. They have no email address, physical address or telephone number.

This company is a CON!! Stay away!!!

I purchased a steam mop, over $200, and it stopped working in the first year. I enjoyed the ability of the steam mop and purchased another one for another $200 and it lasted for only FOUR USES.

I have been attempting to get warranty service and have sent over 10 emails and used their 'bubble chat' with NO RESPONSE AT ALL.

There are NO phone numbers to contact the company and it appears their defective units are being sold to unsuspecting consumers! DO NOT BUY ANOTHER ONE!

My mop stoped steaming , I cant use it anymore please do not right back pissed consumer , need more than that to take care of this issue call me please .
