Next month will be 5 months and he has not responded to me
- - Engine stopped Sept 2025; no compression.
- - Four months of weekly calls; no callbacks; seeks engine replacement for CMXGPAM10800 bought 09/12/22.
Last year 2025 in Sept I was doing my lawn when the engine stopped running and couldn't get it to restart.
I contacted you folks and you told me to take it to one of your associates - which I did!

Adam is the owner and person that I have been dealing with since the end of Sept 2025.
He told me that there was no compression and that the engine was no good.
He said he would contact you to see how to handle this - the engine was no good!
I have been working with him WEEKLY since then and am going on calling him since then 4 MONTHS (As of Jan 2026) - EACH TIME he says let me check with Briggs and Stratton and see what they can do.
Every time I talk with him he says let me check with them and Ill call you back this week and he never calls!!!
Then he says he doesnt want to call you and has to wait on the phone for you folks!!!
I looked at the feedback on his website and see other people have run into the same problem with him no call back or he is too busy.
Again, this has been going on for 4 MONTHS!!!
I looked on the internet to call and talk with you folks and here is the phone number that is on the internet and the number that I tried to call 800 35*-***. Missing a number???
