How long do I have to wait to reach you? No telephone answer; no address. Went to an address I did find and it was an open field. With all the bad reviews I am afraid I have made a big mistake and just want my money back. Can't deal with a company that doesn't answer its phone If you can't answer the phone how are you going to have time to read a 100 word review? Under locations I cannot find a thing. What the *** is this? It sure didn't take you long though to get my money.

DO Not Purchase GROUPON!!! A scam!! This give you a run-around when you try to schedule and the operators were extremely rude. Been trying to schedule for over a month and continue to get this from both The Slim Co and Groupon.

I'm in the same position. I've been trying to get someone in the phone forever.
Once i finally do, appts are only in September????
Why would I want to buy something i cannot use for 4 months? And they won't reveal the number to the actual place, only corporate numbers.

You need only contact your credit card company. As long as it hasn't been more than 6 months, you you be able to get your money back. I had to do the same thing for a Groupon massage package I purchased when the owner would not return my calls.
