I called them last minute about getting tires on a Saturday. They got me in there and completed the work in great time.

The staff was awesome! From now on this is the only place I will bring my bike.

Just checking out their site and seen some *** I have been taking my bike their for service, accessories and performance mods for a few years. I could not be happier with those guys.

This is a family owned business and they take care of my bike as if it was their own. My experiences with them has costed a few thousand and saved me a ton of money. Just got almost e grand in labor and parts and I could not be happier with the service and attention to detail my ride gets. Last year I had saved enough money to buy the perfect set of saddlebags from Harley.

In the book and on the website their were 2 long lists. One of all the Harleys those bags would fit. My bike was not on that list. The other list was all the Harleys those bags did not fit.

My bike was not on that list either. Keep in mind there is a 20% restock fee to return them to the dealer if they do not work out. That is close to 200 bucks if they do not work out on an $859 set of bags. I went to Roanoke Valley twice and they didn't know.

Went to Winston Salem Smokin HD and they didn't know either. Both places willing to order them up for me regardless. Call HD shop in Nutterfort WV and they didn't know. Call the Harley Davidson Company and they not only did not know but didn't know who would know.

Went to The Shop and asked Jason. He looked up the part # of my fender struts and the part # of the fender struts to a bike that was listed to fit. Same struts so at that point we knew the holes would match. We the asked Rhette and he look and said *** yea they will fit.

He looked up the mounting kit and we ordered them and I paid for them. $975 for bags mounting kit and tax. Came in a few days later had them installed. These were detachables and for that much money I wanted them to work perfect so did not even attempt to cheap out and paid the pro' s to take care of it.

So if your dumb *** wants to throw money to the dealership go right ahead. I take my *** to the best and save money and a headache everytime.

The shop worked on my bike. They were paid up front before work had begun on it.

They gave me a brake pedal they had laying around the shop instead of a new one that was paid for.

I was also charged for new new pedals and labor but did not receive them. Its bad business cut corners and screw customers.

I talked to a guy from the ( The Shop ) Salem, VA. About a Bike and I put a Down Payment on a Motorcycle but after 15 days later they stated my $4000 Down Payment wasn't no good...

I never got my money back and there was nothing I could do in the courts... Beware of these Convicted Felons that hope to be one day a Real Bikers... Scam artist at its best... Salem, VA.

Try Harley Davidson out of Roanoke, VA. At least you will get your moneys worth...

Trusting these guy's is a nightmare... Better Chance trusting Big Lots
