The Sharpest Rides

Bought a car from sharpest rides.com ..Mazda3 2006. gave them 3000 dollars in cash as a down payment. they said my loan was approved gave me the keys the car signed all the paperwork and let me drive away after 5 hours. 2 weeks later I have a repo man at my door repossessed my car that I just bought 2 weeks ago

He said the loan was not approved and repossesed my car. he took it out of my driveway. I called the dealership talk to a manager Robert and darrel talk to the salesman rich. And ask them what was going on. they would not tell me exactly what was going on. I told them if they're going to repossess my car I want my 3000 dollars back in cash that night ima call the deal off. they refuse to give me my money back said they still wanted to do the loan with me. but refused to give me a rental car into the loan to be redone. they also did not apologized instead insulted me a call me an ***. I have now been without my car for 2 weeks. they have verified my new income on my new job where I make twice as much money and they still have not give me the car back or my 3000 dollars

I was supposed to get the car today they said the loan was really approve based on my new income and again at the end of the day they came up with an excuse not to give me the car. so tomorrow I have to fax them a letter from human resources showing my new wages and .supposably this is supposed to take care of the deal they offered me know compensation except to say that they would give me a full tank of gas which your ad in it when they repossess the car

they refused to fix the check engine light or the brakes

. bottom line do not go to sharpest rides.com avoid them at all cost you have been warned. do not believe the positive statements that are on their website those were written by the managers. this dealership is a borderline chop shop. they offered no compensation no apologies. no compensation for the hardship and the stress that they put me through. Kevin the owner that I requested talk to you never even spoke to me. apparently Kevin the owner is always too busy at auction buying cars to talk to customers. when I told them that I would take legal action if I did not get the car back or my money back. they meaning rich the salesman Robert and darrel the managers did not care or apologize. Bottom line what they did was illegal stay away from sharpest rides.com. And tell all your friends and family to stay away. Also the day after I bought my car the check engine light came on in my car I had to pay out of my own pocket to align the car and balanced the wheels

This company has put me through ***. none of them are professional not the managers at the salesman and certainly not the owner Kevin. they wouldnt. Know what professional was that they look it up in the dictionary
