The Seminar Solution,LLC (TSS) doing business for 123 Employee

I signed up with this " The Seminar Solutions" after attending a webinar for 124 Employee. Thinking I was getting valuable marketing directly from 123 Employee. What I got was software to be shipped. Knowing that I had a learning program, which was NOT what I wanted I called Seminar Solutions back within the 3-day contractual period to cancel the agreement and request a refund. This and submit a request to the support@***.zendesk.com, the only email they provided me with. They would not let me speak to the representative, Amy, who was the salesperson. I did call constantly leaving the same information until I got through to Amy. I convinced her that (1) this program was not what I wanted and (2) $1083 a month was not feasible on my monthly income and after carefully evaluating my expenses, there was no way I could afford this. I wanted a refund and to cancel. She said she would be sending a check out for the $5000 I initially paid and my contract was cancelled. I would be receiving an email on Monday, 11/18/13. Well, day after day, no email, so I called again and again. Needless to say I never got an email nor a check and now they just hang up on me when I call. This has to be the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I am a small business owner trying to improve my life and to have this organization be allowed to STEAL my hard earned money, this is why we have such a hard time succeeding.
