Called and wrote emails no response

No success getting into my account. Kicked out. Tried to get help. online I left messages. Called, waited online phone for close to half an hour, when I finally got an agent, she could not hear me and hung up. I also got a message saying, thanks for opening an account. Now it looks like I have two accounts and cannot get into either. I do not want the second account to affect the first. I just want to see my test results. You can call. 858302****

User's recommendation: request call back service, so you do not have to wait forever.

An answer to my request

Self Patient Website Review from Discovery Bay, California

Recently I started being limited on one of my favorite chat sites for unknown reasons. After about a week I couldn't access the site at all. After several calls to metro "customer service" and 2 trips to their store they said they didn't know what the problem was, but probably was the sites fault. I'm not very savy when it comes to cell phone technology and tried my best to figure it out. Then I happened upon a list of complaints from alot of metro users who were having the same problem. Metro was no longer supporting or allowing access to the site for whatever reason. Things change on the course of doing business but you glassy out lie and deceive your customers is not only unprofessional but maybe even illegal. To the powers that be at metro P.retty C.rappy S.ervice you just lost a customer.

THIS COMPANY IS A HOAX. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR SEVEN MONTHS FOR MY HEATING PADS. I ALSO GET MY DIABETIC SUPPLIES , NO PROBLEM. WHY IS THAT. I HAVE DOCUMENTED DATE AND TIMES IVE CALL ED AS WELL AS PROVIDED ALL NECESSARY PAPER WORK. SAME OLD STORY TIME AFTER TIME. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO NO ONE

Complaint about your web site

I just tried signing up and finally gave up, went through many security codes, finally gave up. I apparently used my email address ages ago and now you say another person has my email address. That's okay, I'll keep my complaints to myself.Now I have to get 100 words or it won't work so I'll say Grocho Marx said Time flies like an arrow, fruit flies prefer a banana. This site could be valuable, too bad. Now I am going, don't care if anyone in your company sees this. Take good care and know I care good! Have a good Christmas.
