Im trying to get in contact with the absolute worst customer service ever and is impossible I pay my bill every month and because I forgot to pay my bill in time the charge me I ridiculed amount of money

Kettle got delivered on 2nd Feb 2024, not even 3 weeks got over. Now it's not working. I'm unable to connect with customer service executive.

I registered my temporary card. Apparently there is a Virtual card number I can use until I get the permanent card.
I cant login to get the Virtual card information because I cant login to my account. When I try to it asks me for my card number. When I put the number in its not valid because its the virtual card number they want which I dont have because
I need to login to my Scarlet account to get that info. When I call it keeps asking me for my 16 digit card number on the card.
I cant access anything with that number. I purchased this Scarlet card July 19 and its useless.
I still can NOT use the card! This is B.S.

My card still isnt working it has a balance of 52 dollars it wont let me use anywhere also charged me $7.95 for whatever reason whats that fee for???
