WE GOT RIPPED OFF!!!

We lost our house after almost 3 yrs of thier ***! At the beggining they insured us we would get a refund if they DID NOT HELP US!!! We lost our home to a sheriff's sale! Less than 2 weeks later I came home to a box truck and people going through our belongings to DISPOSE OF!!!They TOTALLY SCREWED US!!! We sent our "LETTER' explaining How we DID NOT GET HELPED,and NOTHING!!! This after the fact that they had just told us on the phone that the person handlind our claim wasn't doing her job and was fired!!! Well that looks like proof enough to me they did not help us!!!Next step the better business burea! Maybe hire another lawyer and sue them!!!PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NOT HIRE THESE SCAMMERS!!!LIARS!!!

A.K.SANDERS LAW GULFPORT,FLORIDA

11/11 was contacted by an agent then sent to another person who asked me some questions, did I have 3,500 in the bank? I was a desperate consumer, needed a loan modification to save my home in CA, I live I Hi right now. Was promised SANDERS LAW, would negotiate with the mortgage co. on my behalf, this never happened.After no communication I finally called 2/22/12 to inquire about my case, I was asked to re-submit tax forms that I already sent, so how could they have 2009 and lose 2010?, one delay after another. Profit driven company, not caring about the consumer fails to respond to calls, when I contacted the BBB Florida he stalled on a response, then said I was called every 2 weeks a blatant lie, I have my cell phone records to prove otherwise, he wanted to charge me for these so called phone calls so he could deduct that amount, then declined. I contacted FTC, FANNIE MAE, HOPE, FLORIDA BAR ASSOCIATION, they will make him accountable for his actions. When I did get a new processor?? She told me I'm not taking the blame for this one.NEVER WOULD I REFER THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!

Sanders Law Firm is a Joke

I paid them $2,800.00 to try to do a modification for my apartment that was being foreclosed. They PROMISED me that they would help me & to not worry about anything. I would call them and leave them messages and no one would EVER call me back. Then finally after 8 months passed of patiently waiting for answers mind you I submitted every single document that they requested during the process but after all that time I waited they said they couldnt do a modification and then i received a letter from my bank that my apartment was going to trial for foreclosure. This firm is a joke. They trick you into believing they can help you and then they take months and months to respond. I am waiting on a refund and they sent me a letter stating that they could not refund me. I might be taking them to court very soon for this matter.

As I read the complaints, they have the same theme,take your $$ then no action, how many more just gave up?? or got foreclosed on??

I see Mr.

Sanders was arrested, and still is able to practice law?? Had I known these facts I would have NEVER GOTTEN INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY, DO YOUR HOMEWORK FOLKS, DON'T TRUST THEM THEY WILL SCAM YOU.

It is so very sad that one person is able to make these kinds of statements about someone without anyone having to confirm the facts. so here are the facts...

There is one person filing all of the complaints about Attorney Sanders. He has never even been a client of the firm for a modification. He is a contractor who was unable to produce a product that would pass city codes and expected to be paid without bringing the project up to code. When a company has to hire someone to fix your mistakes how can you feel that you deserve to be paid.

My advice to anyone who questions Attorney Sanders reputation is just look simply look him up with the Florida State Bar !!! NO COMPLAINTS....

Keep in mind the State Bar is governed by the Supreme Court. No one can alter that rating

Sorry Mark but your facts are not accurate, the man that lost his Apt., after paying 2,800. I paid 3,500 also for a Loan Modification, Sanders is not licensed to practice law in a state where he did., Not to mention a professional who was Arrested for theft & Battery, he should have his license revoked.

So what excuse are you going to say about what happened to us?? Many are too ashamed that they were SCAMMED. So regardless of what you state about this contractor, that doesn't remove the other people who have no ax to grind with Sanders, only needed either services or their money back, neither has happened. I have reported him to the Florida Bar Association.

Yes and it is SO SAD THAT WE CONSUMERS GET TAKEN. YOU SPEAK FOR YOURSELF BUT NOT FOR THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE LOST THEIR PROPERTY OR MONEY.

I have a current complaint against Sanders Law (being investigated) with the Florida Supreme Court. Sanders Law Firm is scam. They take money, make promises and never come through.

You may also want to check with the Better Business Bureau, where this firm is (unsurprisingly) not accredited. On a scale of A+ to F they have a rating "F" with 16 complaints and one government action involving:

-- Engaging in a scheme to defraud consumers through processing of payments for debts that consumers do not actually owe;

--Misrepresenting that they were law enforcement officers or lawyers or affiliated with law enforcement authorities;

--Processing payments that were for debts but not applying the payment to the debt;

--Misrepresenting to consumers how much the interest rate can be lowered;

--Misrepresenting to consumers how much can be saved; --Failing to honor promised refunds; and --Collecting an upfront payment from consumers' before services was provided. The United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida Tampa Division slapped this firm with a $23,815,792.00 fine.
