WE GOT RIPPED OFF!!!
- - Lost home to sheriff's sale after almost 3 years; says a refund was promised if help wasn't provided.
- - A box truck arrived; belongings were disposed.
We lost our house after almost 3 yrs of thier ***! At the beggining they insured us we would get a refund if they DID NOT HELP US!!!
We lost our home to a sheriff's sale! Less than 2 weeks later I came home to a box truck and people going through our belongings to DISPOSE OF!!!They TOTALLY SCREWED US!!! We sent our "LETTER' explaining How we DID NOT GET HELPED,and NOTHING!!! This after the fact that they had just told us on the phone that the person handlind our claim wasn't doing her job and was fired!!!
Well that looks like proof enough to me they did not help us!!!Next step the better business burea! Maybe hire another lawyer and sue them!!!PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NOT HIRE THESE SCAMMERS!!!LIARS!!!

11/11 was contacted by an agent then sent to another person who asked me some questions, did I have 3,500 in the bank? I was a desperate consumer, needed a loan modification to save my home in CA, I live I Hi right now.
Was promised SANDERS LAW, would negotiate with the mortgage co. on my behalf, this never happened.After no communication I finally called 2/22/12 to inquire about my case, I was asked to re-submit tax forms that I already sent, so how could they have 2009 and lose 2010?, one delay after another. Profit driven company, not caring about the consumer fails to respond to calls, when I contacted the BBB Florida he stalled on a response, then said I was called every 2 weeks a blatant lie, I have my cell phone records to prove otherwise, he wanted to charge me for these so called phone calls so he could deduct that amount, then declined. I contacted FTC, FANNIE MAE, HOPE, FLORIDA BAR ASSOCIATION, they will make him accountable for his actions.
When I did get a new processor?? She told me I'm not taking the blame for this one.NEVER WOULD I REFER THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!

Sanders Law Firm is a Joke
- - Paid $2,800 for mortgage modification and was promised help, but received no responses as foreclosure proceeded.
I paid them $2,800.00 to try to do a modification for my apartment that was being foreclosed. They PROMISED me that they would help me & to not worry about anything.
I would call them and leave them messages and no one would EVER call me back. Then finally after 8 months passed of patiently waiting for answers mind you I submitted every single document that they requested during the process but after all that time I waited they said they couldnt do a modification and then i received a letter from my bank that my apartment was going to trial for foreclosure. This firm is a joke. They trick you into believing they can help you and then they take months and months to respond.
I am waiting on a refund and they sent me a letter stating that they could not refund me. I might be taking them to court very soon for this matter.

My experience with this law firm was horiible. I was apllying for loan modification on my property and they did nothing to help me. I was doing everything
myself:dealing with the Bank and others diligencies. They never answer the phone or return emails, Right now I am trying to get my money back and the department/person
that handles refunds doesn't answer the phone, I am starting to think that this law firm doesn' exist. They are just trying to get your money and then forget about
you. I would never recommned this law firm to anybody

in Georgia is Northbrooke homes who he is connected to and has also done business in Decatur, Georgia.
He is a former attorney who is skilled in deceptive business practices and has left a trail of former friends and business associates burned by his fraudulent actions.
DO NOT INVEST ANY MONEY WITH THIS MAN!!

There is one person filing all of the complaints about Attorney Sanders. He has never even been a client of the firm for a modification. He is a contractor who was unable to produce a product that would pass city codes and expected to be paid without bringing the project up to code. When a company has to hire someone to fix your mistakes how can you feel that you deserve to be paid.
My advice to anyone who questions Attorney Sanders reputation is just look simply look him up with the Florida State Bar !!! NO COMPLAINTS....
Keep in mind the State Bar is governed by the Supreme Court. No one can alter that rating

Sanders was arrested, and still is able to practice law?? Had I known these facts I would have NEVER GOTTEN INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY, DO YOUR HOMEWORK FOLKS, DON'T TRUST THEM THEY WILL SCAM YOU.
