I originally was trying to reach the drug company and for unknown reasons wound up with Rx Helper instead. I didn’t fill out the form for this year because I can get the same medication for free directly from the drug company. No service
I made application on 09/15/2023, paid my fee for the application and 1st month of service at the same time, totaling $109.00. Was told I would know something in a couple of weeks.
Contacted them 1st of Oct. 2023, and was told should know something later that week, didn't happen. On Oct. 16, 2023 they deducted another$49.00.
I called asked why, and at that time they told me it was for service. I told them I was not getting any service. They told me I would know something by the end of the week, I didn't. Today Oct.
30, 2023 I canceled service.
I was told they would send me an e-mail verifying cancelation. As of yet, I have not received it.
