$180 was taken from me and no medication was received. After reading some of the other complaints listed in this forum, it appears that there is a consistent pattern established by this company of requesting ambiguous information on a staggered basis, leading to a total absence of product delivery.

This company promises to send you medications that your MD has ordered but instead they take $60 each month and never send meds. DoNot Use!!!

I mailed all my paperwork in almost 3 weeks ago. They have continued to call me and ask me when I'm sending it in.

I have told them I sent it in and I am waiting for their reply. They said I will receive an email to confirm that they've gotten my paperwork. Well, at least three times now they have called and asked where my paperwork was. I realize the US mail is slow, but three weeks to get there when I paid the fee of $60 to join?

Very disappointed. Please, if you want help with prescriptions, go to another advocate.

I have not used your service since the beginning of this year, 2023. I was told that I have to start over every year.

Accepted. I needed a print out from you to show the IRS when I did my taxes. Instead, I received the form to fill out and you are taking money from my account.

Please return any money taken this year from my account. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.

I thought I had contacted a specific pharmaceutical company and they did not inform me that they were not until after they had collected my info including my monthly income. They have since bombarded me with emails requesting my signature. When I didn't respond they mailed papers and wanted my signature on them.

I asked them to please refax some of my PCP paperwork because they've not received any fax yet. I need to know

i stopped by the Boynton Beach office

today to pick up a form that i never received in the mail. i was first greeted and told i wasn't allowed in even tho i had a mask on.

the person i first dealt

with (a younger guy with semi long blondish hair) took my enrollment sheet to look up my account. when he came back i mentioned to him that Bristol Myers had a free plan that i would pulse like to see if i could enroll in. i asked if could credit me back

the 109.95 i had already paid

he went back and credited the account but told me that i would not be able to

re-enroll with your company if i was rejected by the pharmaceutical company. i questioned his decision but

basically in a nasty way he said that was it i could never re enroll.

at that point a girl came out and said "sorry but you need to leave". i left.

i don't know if what he said to me was the truth but also mentioned that the government didn't allow it.

i would like to know from an executive in your company if this in fact is true
