The service is terrible. I won't be doing business with this company again! I have had a sectional that had needed cushion since March. Ive spoken to an array of customer agents and finally, Im scheduled for an exchange. However, March til June and I received no credit for holding a piece of furniture that was an eyesore to my living area! Not so much as an apology. I will recommend that my friends shop elsewhere.

Made a purchase to only find out once the delivery men left I had to put the handles on my chest and dresser(purchased a bedroom set) then one was missing didn't get handle until a month later. They furniture is not as good as it looks will be going to Ashley furniture in future.

The quality of furniture has lessened. My sofa pillows flattened some after 2 months of having the furniture. The dresser that I have the secret drawer doesn't stay closed anymore. Bad part is customer service sends out these reps that have to take pictures and determine the needs then get back to you. It a tedious process and clearly the insurance warranty isn't really worth it because it doesn't really cover anything necessary. Every time...
