I put furniture in lay-way (June 2016) while I was building a new house. I asked how much notice they needed to deliver, I was told two weeks notice and they could get it delivered. As soon as I received a closed date from the builder (Dec 20, 2017) I went to set up delivery date (two weeks). Not only could they not get all of my furniture but what they were able to deliver was damaged. I am now waiting on a third delivery of a dining room table...

I purchased a sectional I believe in march 2016. Something in the back of the sofa broke within months, they sent out a repair man he fixed it. But that didn't last long, it's broken again. The service tech response was quick to come out but Guardian Protection is NOT a reliable service. Repair part for an armless leather recliner has been on order since July. The roomplace does not stand by their product. I have given the run around about my broken bed. I was told to contact the manufacturer and was given a number to a retail store. I was also told to email corporate and was given an email address that does not work. The five year warranty I purchased, does not protect or cover my bed when I need it to.
