Disappointing order

This company is a straight rip off. It takes months to receive a shipping number! And even then you still dont receive your item!! Customer service is an automated email response, with no confirmation of receiving your email, nor any response to the context to my email. By far the worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never received the order

I did not receive my face mask. I sent two emails to the company and no response so the charges is being disputed w my credit card company.

i ordered a set of masks in April and never received them. Requests for updates on shipping or tracking number from company gave vague replies with no information. Now I'm asking for a refund and my emails are being ignored.

FACE MASK ORDERED ON APRIL NEVER RECEIVED AS IF JULY THE 15TH

An order was placed for face mask on April the 12 2020 and I havent received the merchandise yet, today is July the 15Th 2020. All I receive is an automatic email saying that my order will deliver between 2 -4 weeks after the order has been placed. 3 months after Im still waiting and there is no other resource of contact. This is a pure SCAM!!! Do not buy anything from these people !!! The retail Blaze is a scam!!!! They like to advertise on Instagram a lot when they are not a legit company , I found out they are from China!!! Be aware , do not buy anything from THE RETAIL BLAZE!!!!!

As of 12 June 2020, I have contacted the customer service department stating that I had not received the product. They have not responded, sent an email confirmation of my order or a shipment confirmation of my order.I am truly a pissed off consumer with this retailer.

Not only have they purported themselves as an A+ retail site, but they also have, at every turn, made excuse after excuse of why they can't deliver even after taking my order and my money.They should have made it clear, before ordering, that because of COVID-19, there will be delays of a few weeks. This is not two months later.This makes no sense to me and I would like this resolved ASAP.

If you can help, please do. Thank you.

4/21/20, I ordered face masks from this online seller after seeing their advertisement on Instagram. I ordered two and paid. I received an order confirmation page but not an email. Since I was on my phone and the site asked for my email address, I just assumed that they would send an email with the same information as all other online retailers do. 5/18/20, I have not received the items nor have I received an email about an ETA for the items or if the items were in stock and even shipped. After several emails to their "customer service/support team", I still have not received any information concerning my order. I had even sent a screenshot of the payment from my financial institution. This is unacceptable and I feel that I have been scammed and taken advantage of because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

I ordered on April 29,2020. Today is July 11,2920.

I still haven't received my items. Their website still saids processing. I emailed them about 5 times now and get the same generic response.

I bought $68.75 worth of medical masks. I am very pissed off.
