Rude staff
- - Mitchelton Brisbane store had Supeme in buckets priced at $10.
- - At checkout, the item scanned $13 and staff said the ticket wasn't completed.
I was at the Mitchelton store in Brisbane, today and I was going to buy 5kg of your brand Supeme washing powder but I noticed it was in plastic buckets now. There was a few cardboard box ones sitting on top of the buckets but I chose the buckets as there was only 1 price ticketed $10.
When I got to the checkouts the young boy scanned but it came up $13, I said no it's $10, he then grabbed a man that also works there Asked about the price, I took him to the product showing him the price and he said no that's not the right price.
I said well that's the only price so where is the ticket for $13.
He then replied stating haven't done the ticket yet, I then said well that's not right you teling me you have filled all of them in the $10 cause you haven't done the ticket
His reply was - haven't had time to do it , I said that's not my fault as far as I am concern is $10
Again he turned and said nope we will Get to it.
As far as I am concerned if stock is filled with 1 price that is not my fault
You really need to make sure if you fill it put a right ticket on it . Again he replied- we are too busy at the moment for that.
If he is the manager he needs to train his team to do the right thing
And don't talk to Customer's rudely
