I am a 77 year old widow of a former R-G newspaper employee who retired with a pension. Rob Ness, in charge of pensions, knows I have multiple legal disabilities, but has harassed me, calling me a liar when I told him I am disabled.
I have multiple, non-visible legally certified, provable disabilities which sometimes prevent me from driving. It is difficult for me to make appointments, but after weeks of him not answering his phone, not returning my emails and phone calls, I had an appointment today. In today's meeting, he referred in a very demeaning way to my late husband as well.
The R-G does not list or give out a phone number, although he still works in their building. In fact, as the R-G has been twice sold, it is impossible to phone them and tell them of Ness' misconduct.
User's recommendation: If you have a R-G pension, do not expect the process of dealing with the RG or Mr. Ness to be pleasant, prompt, or professional.
