They refuse to get in touch with me which is typical of a drug and alcohol treatment organization that does not care about the patient...they simply care about money and excessively billing the insurance companies

I will absolutely never go back to the recovery Village until the remedy this situation

Original review May 22, 2025

Once they approved and accepted me and my service animal, I drove 7 hours to Orlando, Florida, and they denied me admission because of a crack-whacked, underpaid Haitian degenerate nurse. She denied us admission.

The Recovery Village in Orlando Recovery Center in Lake Worth, Orlando, Florida, is a racist organization, and you should avoid them at all costs.

The recovery Village Orlando violated my civil rights.

The recovery Village Lake Worth Fort Lauderdale and Orlando Florida denied my service animal and myself admission to the facility after telling me they approved Us and got us in.

While speaking with an admissions specialist at this sham operation, I alerted them it would take me 7 hours to get to their facility in orlando. They guaranteed my admission and once I got there denied me entrance because I had a service animal.

They have nurses there that are underpaid and under qualified and have no business designating what a service animal is or is not.

The nursing staff once I was there was racist called me white boy and denied me admission because of my service animal.

When I contacted the emissions department, they suggested on an alternative to go to their other facility 40 miles north another 2 hour drive to North florida. They guaranteed me admission and approved my service animal and myself as well.

When I arrived at their second location after 9 hours on the road, I contacted Admissions and told them that I was there and they said oh I am sorry by the way we have someone here who is allergic to animals.

Forgive me for saying this but, whoever is allergic to animals did pretty good with fentanyl or crack cocaine didn't they?

What are they on a vegan diet now as well?

I am beginning a severe online campaign against the recovery Village Fort Lauderdale Orlando and Lake Worth Florida as well as contacting the Florida disability advocacy program and a local attorney.

I will stop at nothing to give them back what they gave to me which is a horror story..

I spoke to both Henry and a low class newbie in admissions at the recovery Village Orlando named Chad and Chad told me if I don't like what I'm receiving service wise I should call somebody else.

Well Chad I hope you're fired over this and my attorney will collect a lot from you.

I've tried to call Dr Mitchell eisenbaum at the recovery Village Fort lauderdale, Orlando and Lake Worth and have received no response back as of yet. Do not go to the recovery Village or Orlando Recovery Center Lake Worth Fort Lauderdale or Orlando Florida

I’m confused why your doctor isn’t involved. To qualify for a SERVICE animal you need documentation from the doctor that you have and are being treated for a condition.

If you are under a doctor’s care and he ordered you the SERVICE animal, wouldn’t it make sense to have him arrange your admission? I’ve never heard of someone driving all over trying to admit themselves.

Much less with a SERVICE animal. It would seem the doctor’s assistance would lessen what you are experiencing.

Was your service animal a dog? That is the only service animal they cannot restricted.

A ESA is not a service animal. Now they can restrict a service dog only if it is misbehaving or creates a danger.

Technically they have to recognize 2 animals as service animals. First is a dog, second only animal mentioned is a horse, However, if it is a horse they can restrict access to the service animal if it is a place a horse would normally be,
