Went to the Real Hacienda in Owensboro, Kentucky, Frederic's Street Location. Upon entering the establishment, there was three employees standing at the counter talking amongst themselves. I asked for a menu, no one respond, the female employee is looking right at me, asked again, still no reply, third time I asked in a louder tone and finally was given a menu. I am tell them I don't understand why I have to ask for a menu three times, they were rude and unfriendly. I won't back to this establishment again. Service is everything, I don't care how good the food is, if the service is bad, you won't get my money.
