- - Staff did not respond when asked for a menu.
- - Menu was finally given after asking three times.
- - I won't return due to the service.
Went to the Real Hacienda in Owensboro, Kentucky, Frederic's Street Location. Upon entering the establishment, there was three employees standing at the counter talking amongst themselves.
I asked for a menu, no one respond, the female employee is looking right at me, asked again, still no reply, third time I asked in a louder tone and finally was given a menu. I am tell them I don't understand why I have to ask for a menu three times, they were rude and unfriendly.
I won't back to this establishment again. Service is everything, I don't care how good the food is, if the service is bad, you won't get my money.
