GREAT PUPPIES

I have purchased a total of two puppies from the puppies zone. I first purchased my girl Mamba and was scared of the transaction but they walked me thru everything.

I was so happy with her when I got her. I then purchased Tinkerbell a few months later. Mamba just celebrated her 1st birthday and she is a beautiful girl. I have even had a couple of friends that I referred who also received beautiful puppies and they are extremely happy.

My experience was pleasant and I would purchase again.

Thank you Puppies Zone for my beautiful girls. Bulldogs Lovers From Reno.

Sells puppies with genetic issues and has no compassion when dog dies

I purchased a puppy from Jose in June of 2013. When we first got him we fell in love with him.

When he was approximately 11 months old we noticed he developed some issues. He was making what sounded like a coughing sound and he would collapse to the floor. I brought him in to the vet and he told me he had an elongated palette to wait and see if it would get any worse then he would require surgery. Well toward the end he did get worse, passing out and fighting to breath, and vomiting after eating.

The vet told me he would require surgery to correct the problem but he did not have the capability of doing the surgery and he recommended 2 other animal er's to contact. When I contacted them we were told the cost and it was quite expensive. We had already spent quite a bit on vet bills already and were going to try to save up to have the surgery done. About 2 weeks after I had contacted the them He passed away.

We were and still are devastated! I contacted Jose and told him what happened. His response was how come we didn't let him know cause he was under warrenty. My response was we loved him and we wouldn't part with him so we dealt with it.

1 week later Jose contacted me and told me to send him papers and he would see what he could do. I ran around getting paperwork and sent them by certified mail to him. For the next 3 weeks he played games with us. Ended up telling us that the paper from the vet was not good enough and that it sounded like our dog had passed from heatstroke.

The dog was in an air conditioned home at all times and I know he passed from the elongated palette which is a genetic disorder which I was educated about by the Vet. He has no compassion and only wants to make money off of this breed. And Jose do not try to respond and lie your way out of this one.

My husband and I are now trying to see what we can legally do to this guy. DO NOT GO THROUGH THE HEART ACHE THAT WE ARE NOW GOING THROUGH!

Your first mistake and grave error was buying from a puppy mill. Shame on you for not going to s shelter to get a dog in need.

People like you that continue to give puppy mills money, keep those places in business to produce ill animals.

The breeder was right, you had the option to bring it back under warranty yet now you point the finger. Shame on you
