No family captures. Very disappointed! Rate them a "0"! do not hire!
They are the "The Pros".....what a joke.....they are as professional as a disposable camera....Don't hire them. www.thepros.com They looked tacky, barefoot. They requested assistance from other professionals. They had no clue how to structure the pictures.
They repeated many pictures to make it look like they took more. Pictures were randomly inserted out of order. There were few photos of what was most important!
Not a picture of Groom with his twin alone! This Company sucks!

We had our wedding reception in 2008 and hired "The Pros" (www.thepros.com) as our wedding photography company.

DON'T hire this company as your wedding photography company! If you hire them, you will be regretting it forever! They were horrible and very unprofessional! When we received our wedding photos a month after our wedding from The Pros, we found that a good portion of our photos were missing and the little that they had given us were amateurish and horrific! This made us very upset. We contacted the company on numerous occasions and they refuse to assist us or take any responsible actions. We have yet to receive any of the photos back, an apology, compensation or any type of assistance. They were very rude and lack true meaning of being in the service industry, especially in dealing with weddings. It has been such a true nightmare! Nothing can replace memories of our wedding day and The Pros have definitely robbed us of that. We ended up paying for a service that was never provided as described. We already filed our complaint with the Division of Consumer Affair and Better Business Bureau. A wedding is a solitary lifelong moment and the photographs are all we had of this. It's not like we can have the event again, and now we don't even have photographs to reflect upon. This has caused much unnecessary stress, pain and sorrow as a newlywed couple. They made us sick to our stomachs. Please don't trust anyone affiliated with The Pros. We could not imagine having the memories of one of the most important days of our life taken away so heartlessly!
To all Brides-to-be: Please remember, don't hire The Pros as your wedding photography company on your special day!!
