We Love To Live Here But Complex Missmanagement Will Make Us Move

1. It is Saturday 2:40 pm raining outside and ALL of the doors (1st, 2nd & 3rd floor) to to trash disposal are locked!!! 2. Since Thursday we asked to remove finger paint on walls of our elevator NOT DONE as of Saturday 3. Building continues to be UNSECURED with both side stairway doors not locked, can even be properly closed. Front lobby door still makes hauling noise upon approach or opening ! 4. Since when our building lost NO SMOKING status? Impossible to enjoy balcony or open windows when smoke is coming from the 1st floor ...occupied by your employee who is suppose to enforce the rules! Either you don't care to have happy tenants or the crew is incompetent!

Building 5 has the same broken door issue. Has not been secured since we moved in last Jan.

Rates have increased for current tenants beyond affordability. Even though most amenities were shut down for 4 months our rent prices stayed the same. No pest control being performed...but we are still paying for it! Oh..and just a reminder!

When you get ready to vacate a unit..remember to give a 60 day notice! They will penalize! They are charging us for the apartment we are in at a prorated amount of $1246 for the month of Jan even though I told management we were not renewing 49 days before our lease ran out!! This place is a rip off..the stairwells are filthy..the halls are never cleaned..and the management leaves a lot to be desired.

While turning in our non renewal and speaking to a leasing agent concerning it, the current "Manager" yells at her from her office behind me to correct her on how to prorate what we will now owe for the month of Jan..even though we will not be in the unit. Our lease is over Jan 4th..and every payment has been on time..mainly before the due date.

I would highly advise that if anyone is looking for a Luxury apartment..look further and run from this place!!! We have pics to prove it all.
