No Communication
I placed an order with a Poker Depot for some Customize poker chips. When I checked the status a week after I had placed the order the order was still in pending status.
I checked my bank account to see if they had charged my debit card and they did charge my debit card. I tried to contact three times by email twice to their website and then finally three phone calls. One of the phone numbers I had with him was no longer in service the other one had no option to leave a message. Im not even sure theyre still in business.
This is a repeat order so it shouldve been easy to fill. I will never do business with this company again

Zynga rip off
I went to play spin and win for 100 million and it took 500 million from my account.I probably shouldn't have done it as I've never played it before so I was ignorant to the game .I've tried contacting Zynga but at the bottom of the page where it said to hit will not let me write any contacts I'm not worried about the 100 million as that was my stupidity but ,I would like to have 400 million put back in my account.It's taken along time to reach that mark and I do like playing Zynga,but they need to make sure people are getting into when it comes to their challenges.

Everything was great until the product arrived. Opened it up and the design was blurry and bleeding.
I told them I wasn't satisfied with this product and wanted to return the chips. They told me no and gave me a sad excuse as to why. I was told the chips were a good quality print and that they would not take a return and or submit a refund. I sent another email asking for reprint instead and I have yet to hear back.
That was 2 weeks ago. Now Im stuck with 1000 chips that i do not like and do not want to use.
Preferred solution: Full refund

Have always received my product on time. Chips are ofgreat quality and have a nice weigh, they feel like quality.

WORST SHIPING / CUSTOMER SERVICE
BUYER BEWARE!
thepokerdepot.com's website (pic attached) front page clearly states and in 2 different places that "shipping takes place in 1-3 days." It's been 2 weeks and I've yet to even see a tracking number much less receive any product.
Several attempts at contacting their customer service via both chat and email have been met with lame excuses and diverting tactics. One time even stating that the claim of 1-3 days Shipping was merely an estimate. Emails go unanswered. Numerous complaints for the same issue have been filed with the BBB.
It say nothing about "estimate" on the home page. I just want my money back. I am done dealing with these yahoos.
