Left me hanging
I called for a shower valve that wouldn't shut off. They came out within 3 hours and gave me 2 quotes for potential repairs. Was told I would hear back the next day when parts were delivered. I never heard back. I made the repair myself when I had the time. I wouldn't even consider calling them again with such poor regard for their customers. I don't know how places with such poor business practices remain in business. Needless to say I'm very disappointed with my experience. I understand the job I needed them for was probably pretty small and I wasn't a priority to them, but leaving people hanging like this is not acceptable.

They stole $1100.00
This company did some work for me and I paid there invoice with a check for $1100.00 (which was a outrageously high price for the small amount of work he did). My check bounced so I met up with him the next day and paid him cash and they marked my receipt paid in full cash. They redeposited my bounced check a day or two later so I paid the same invoice twice. I called and I spoke with the owner Douglas Goss and he said he would look into it and get back to me but never did. To this day he not only reuses to refund my over payment despite me making a claim with the BBB, the RI attorney general and the RI state police but he also threaten to assault if I took him to small claims court which I'm in the process of doing. Do not do business with this crook!!
