Resolved: Never shows up
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered.
Jay, owner of the Pipe Surgeon, is not at all reliable. Jay was to be at my house at 12pm today, it is know 5:45 pm and I have not received any communication from this company.
I had to run out this morning, but I was home by 11am. This is the third day in a row that I have been told by Jay that he would be here, but again here I am still waiting. Jay has no problem getting over here when he wants MONEY. SO I AM GOING TO JUST WAIT TO SEE IF JAY GETS IN TOUCH WITH ME.
The longer he waits to do the job my floor is getting worse. That's what he tells me the problem is.

Still waiting 2 + years for refund of money and to have the job done jay was to have done months ago keeps telling me for months know tomorroe
2 years ago I hired the Pipe Surgeon as I was dealing
Ing with a leak under my kitchen cabinet Jay said I needed a French Drain so I agreed to have him do it. I was then thinking $13,000 was quite steep of a price.
Well we came to a agreement on the price but the ppl problem is when he finished I didn't receive all my money back and to this day I am still waiting. Jay told me last night he would be here at 11am well it is know 12:30 and no sight of Jay. He was to put new pipes in my bathroom but has not shown up. Everyday with him is I'll be there tomorow.
Never. He is nothing but a scammer, liar and an all around worst person I have had to deal with.

A plea hearing has not yet been scheduled by the Court. According to the charging documents, for tax years 2015 through 2019, Derrico operated a plumbing business known, variously, as Derrico Services and The Pipe Surgeon. During that time, Derrico allegedly cashed payments from his customers or deposited them into his personal accounts, but did not report this income on this tax returns. It is also alleged that Derrico fraudulently obtained payments for installing air conditioning units at a property in Boston, but in fact, did not install the units.

Jay broke his contract with me
Jay, owner of The Pipe Surgeon has really broke the contract we had. He is definitely not fixing the leak in my hallway that was a little buckle but has know gone from one side to the other side of my hallway this is all to do to the fact that the owner Jay did not fix it about 2weeks ago!
Know because it is the weekend I am going to call some plumbers and let them come over diagnose the problem and then give me a price and hopefully hire one of them and get one of them to do the job that Jay was to do in the first place.
Thanks, Jay, for doing what you have done. What a contractor Plumber you are.

Just updating from my last review. Just wanted to let you all know I have still not received my money I am to be refunded. I get no where when I contact him the only response is K.
It is all about getting this owner to refund the rest of the money he owes me. He gave me a check that is almost ripped in half I have asked for a new one as my bank will not cash it. Although the owner keeps repeating to me the check is good over and over
