2 years ago I hired the Pipe Surgeon as I was dealing Ing with a leak under my kitchen cabinet Jay said I needed a French Drain so I agreed to have him do it. I was then thinking $13,000 was quite steep of a price. Well we came to a agreement on the price but the ppl problem is when he finished I didn't receive all my money back and to this day I am still waiting. Jay told me last night he would be here at 11am well it is know 12:30 and no sight of Jay. He was to put new pipes in my bathroom but has not shown up. Everyday with him is I'll be there tomorow. Never. He is nothing but a scammer, liar and an all around worst person I have had to deal with. STAY AWAY. PLEASE

DO NOT USE ( fair warning ) his services ...... this person is not reliable with continuous postponements and promises just so no one else can take the business ...... STONGLY ADVISE TO SEEK SOMEONE ELSE ,,, an employee with me would had been fired long ago the way the person conducts business

Jay broke his contract with me

Jay, owner of The Pipe Surgeon has really broke the contract we had. He is definitely not fixing the leak in my hallway that was a little buckle but has know gone from one side to the other side of my hallway this is all to do to the fact that the owner Jay did not fix it about 2weeks ago! Know because it is the weekend I am going to call some plumbers and let them come over diagnose the problem and then give me a price and hopefully hire one of them and get one of them to do the job that Jay was to do in the first place. Thanks, Jay, for doing what you have done. What a contractor Plumber you are.

User's recommendation: Do not hire this company I just wrote about. You will be left hanging waiting for him to come or show up or if you paid it and then are entitles to receive some back good luck in getting it.

Jay, owner of the Pipe Surgeon, is not at all reliable. Jay was to be at my house at 12pm today, it is know 5:45 pm and I have not received any communication from this company. I had to run out this morning, but I was home by 11am. This is the third day in a row that I have been told by Jay that he would be here, but again here I am still waiting. Jay has no problem getting over here when he wants MONEY. SO I AM GOING TO JUST WAIT TO SEE IF JAY GETS IN TOUCH WITH ME. The longer he waits to do the job my floor is getting worse. That's what he tells me the problem is.

Just updating from my last review. Just wanted to let you all know I have still not received my money I am to be refunded. I get no where when I contact him the only response is K.

It is all about getting this owner to refund the rest of the money he owes me. He gave me a check that is almost ripped in half I have asked for a new one as my bank will not cash it. Although the owner keeps repeating to me the check is good over and over

I am going to tell you about my experiences with Jay owner of THE PIPE SURGEON. Back in August 2020 he came to my home to snake the pipes, he told me that was not a plumbing job okay than why did he do it? Jay has yet to finish some of the things he wrote on the invoice. Don't ask for an itemized bill, you will never get one.Since August 2020 I have been waiting for my refund that Jay says he doesn't owe me anything, so how come I have a written statement that Jay made out himself with the total also on the paper. He has told me every day since August 2020 That he will be on his way, or I'll be there, he has not kept to his word on any of them. It always ended up to be a no show. This is not a Company you want to hire unless you don't mind waiting and waiting.

User's recommendation: Please do not hire The Pipe Surgeon for your plumbing problems as you will end up having problems with him.
