Deposit not returned
- - I paid 1100 deposit; I got 300 back.
- - Move-in had spider infestation; I fogged the house.
- - The yard pallets injured my dog; care was needed.
I paid 1100 deposit to rent a house. When I moved in the house had an infestation of spiders they sent an exterminator which never worked I had to buy a fog to fog the house and rid it of spiders.
The yard had wood pallets which my dog got its head stuck in , which required medical attention. I moved out and left small things behind but the house was clean. I got $300 back. The owner said the house was filthy and that $200 was a pet deposit my contract never reflected a pet deposit.
The cleaning bill said they swept, mopped, cleaned windows and dusted. For $300!!!
