Extremely poor customer service

Ordered item 12-21-20. Used USPS tracking and saw item had been sitting at USPS in Newark, NJ (where it was mailed) since Dec. 27th, and it is now Jan. 11th. I called company customer service twice and was treated both times very rudely, telling me one time I was being profane (which I wasn't), and another telling me "there is nothing we can do," and then saying "now it's my time to talk," and not letting me explain my frustration and why it didn't make sense this was a post office issue, not since it had never moved from one spot to the other in 15 days and that there must certainly be some other problem..... That rep said if I didn't like what she was saying, I could call back. Both times I asked to speak to a supervisor and both times I was told I was speaking to one (which of course I was not..
