Contacted customer service and placed on perma hold until eventual offer of a call back to me. Left voice mail and after several days no call. Total wasted effort. Go to your local store and buy a real chair. Save big bucks and avoid the stress.

User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
