Balance of the card

I went to use my prefect visa gift card that I got for my Birthday. It was 250.00. I went to use it the card said there was only 3.95 left on the card and the person on the some used it in United States I have never been in the United States. I want the money put back on the card or the get the police involved Do not buy theses cards

It’s a very bad system why I can’t talk to the company workers regarding my cards nor being completely working

I recently bought 4 $200.00 perfect gift cards at a Safeway in Saskatoon Saskatchewan and two of them refuse to work as one has a invalid captcha and the other I cant get a balance or even register. I can give you the card numbers and everything after I hear back from you. Thanks

Monthly fees are ridiculous

Found a card of this company that I received as a gift. Saw that my $25 balance was now $0 due to their ridiculous $3 monthly fees.This applies from the 12th month from the card purchase apparantly and not from when you have activated the card. Nowhere on the card have they written anything about any fees. Bad way of scamming your customers.

User's recommendation: Do not every buy anything from this company.
